We collect information provided directly by you, as well as data collected automatically by our analytics tools. This may include your name, email, company, job title, device information, and browsing activity.

When you use the Service, we also process the CRM, ERP, and service data your organization connects (for example from Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, or HubSpot), including account, contact, order, equipment, and case records, in order to generate opportunity insights, quotes, and next-best actions on your behalf. This data belongs to you and your organization; we process it only to provide the Service.

Collected data is used to operate the website and Service, analyze usage, communicate with you, and fulfill legal obligations. We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers, a current list of which is available on request. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are only authorized to use your information as necessary to provide services to us.

Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or uses of your information.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a legal process.

International Data Transfers: We will not transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU or EEA unless we have ensured compliance with GDPR Chapter V. Some of our third-party service providers are established outside the EEA, including in the US. We retain website analytics data for 12 months from its collection date. Account data is retained for the duration of your use of the Service plus 30 days after account closure. Customer Content (including connected CRM, ERP, and service data) is retained according to your instructions and our Data Processing Agreement; backups are retained for 30 days.

If the purposes specified in the “Data Collection and Usage” section no longer exist, your data will be deleted or anonymized without delay.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information: access, correction, update, deletion (subject to legal requirements), objection to certain processing activities, restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable.

Data Isolation: Each customer's data within the Service is logically separated and accessible only to authorized users within your organization.

Third-Party Integrations: When you connect third-party services (such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, or HubSpot) to the Service, we only access and store information necessary for the integration's functionality.

You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority if you are unhappy with our data protection practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any material changes will be notified to you via email or through a notice on our Site at least 30 days before the change becomes effective.

Our Site sets no cookies. We use no cross-site tracking, advertising pixels, or social media trackers. Website statistics are provided by Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless service that measures traffic in aggregate and does not track visitors across sites or build individual profiles. Because no cookies are set and no personal data is stored for analytics, no consent banner is shown.

Within the Service, we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. These are required for the platform to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from signing in.

We use a small number of third-party sub-processors to provide the Site and the Service, covering areas such as cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and AI processing. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use your information to provide services to us.

Note: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, and HubSpot are listed on the Site as integration partners, not sub-processors — data only flows to/from these systems when a customer chooses to connect them, under that customer's own agreements with those providers.
